Pam Shepherd
Pam Shepherd joined Greenmont Financial, LLC, in July 2008 and currently serves as Vice President. Before joining Greenmont, Ms. Shepherd was an associate at St. Charles Capital, a Denver-based investment banking firm, where she focused on merger & acquisition, private capital raising and strategic corporate advisory engagements for firms in a wide variety of industries. Prior to St. Charles, she served as Controller for NetQuote, Inc., an online insurance lead aggregator. While at NetQuote, Ms. Shepherd was responsible for the reorganization and structuring of the finance and accounting department in preparation for an eventual sale. NetQuote was successfully sold in 2005. Ms. Shepherd received a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver and a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Denver Dumb Friends League.
